I honestly think if I called the health department, they would shut this place down in a heartbeat. And they banged their floatation devices against the concrete constantly, causing loud noises that they found humorous. Constantly blowing whistles to get each other's attention, not used as a warning g for guests. The kids working as lifeguards in the Waterpark were more concerned with flirting with each other and goofing around. The flow rider worked but is nasty!!!! The water is brown, the mat is stained, and the "professional" that observes and assists, was anything but professional. Out of the 3 slides in Waterpark, only 1 worked for last 3 weeks according to worker. And yet pool water was still cloudy and edges were slimy and disgusting. Pool had so much chlorine in it you couldn't even breath in there without getting nauseous. I am shocked my wife allowed the kids to even enter the water. Basketball and tennis courts should be condemned! And now the pool and Waterpark. Only two bowling alley lanes were working so the wait for that was ridiculous. More than half the arcade games didn't work. I saw one lady walking around cleaning the entire time we were here. Resort is filthy!! Hallway floors and general areas do not get cleaned at all. No refund offered, still charge me over $300/night for first night in which we were literally in the room for less than 5 hours. And I absolutely regret that decision! First off, our room was not ready until nearly 3 hours after check-in. After taking two years off from coming here, we decided to give it another try since Bel Aire took over. It has gotten worse and worse here every year. I have stayed at this resort 5 times over last 7 years.
